Poland and Romania in an employment landscape
Poland and Romania offer dynamic talent pools and attractive opportunities for expansion. On the other hand, local companies are facing increasing pressure from rising wages, talent scarcity, and shifting workforce expectations.
During the webinar, we will explore how the talent landscape differs between Romania and Poland, where the biggest opportunities lie, and what risks organizations need to anticipate when planning their workforce strategies.
We will also look at how growing markets are influencing employment conditions and salary levels, and how these changes are reshaping competitiveness across the region.
Another key topic will be the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its impact on organizational culture, pay structures, and employee expectations. How prepared are companies to meet these new requirements - and what does it mean for employer branding and retention?
AI will be another central theme of our discussion. Is it becoming a true driver of transformation in the workplace, or does it introduce new risks and uncertainties that organizations are not yet ready to manage?
Finally, we will examine the growing importance of flexibility and security in workforce models, including the rise of outsourcing and hybrid approaches. How can companies balance agility with stability in an increasingly complex environment?
Join us as we unpack these trends and discuss whether organizations are truly ready for what’s ahead — or still learning how to adapt.
